Iodine is a trace elemement that is particularly high sea organisms such as seaweed. It is found in each of your cells in your body but is a relatively rare earth element. It plays a critical role in the regulation of your metabolic rate via thyroid hormones. More specific functions include.

'Can I take the powder out of the capsule?'

Absolutely, feel free to mix into meals or smoothies.

'Can I take seaweed on an empty stomach?'

You can take seaweed with or away from food depending on what feels best for you. We recommend taking it with food for optimal digestion.

'What happens if I take too much?'

Best quality

I’ve tried a few different seaweed blends but this one is by far the best quality. You can tell from the fresh smell! Just like the sea. I quite like to empty out the capsule into my cooking if I’m eating seafood, I probably take a few capsules a week when I remember.
