Our Multi Spiral Filter incorporates several technologies from ion exchanges to nano sized pores to capture a broad range of tap water contaminants, including micro-plastics and radioactive particles.

Unscrew the silver casing and then the filter cartridge (counterclockwise). Clean the inside of the filter house at this time. Screw the new cartridge in making sure to press firmly down as you screw the filter to connect the thread correctly. Do not over tighten as the gasket seals effectively.

They may be a little tough if you haven’t unscrewed them in a while. Try running the base under warm water and re-try. Once open, apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the screw base to make it easier to unscrew next time.
